Can I try Watts before paying?+
Yes. You can create an account and build your full training plan for free — see the periodization, workouts, and coaching before you commit. To actually train it, you subscribe. Cancel anytime.
Why is there no free plan?+
Because Watts is a coach, not a spreadsheet. The coaches, adaptation, and analysis are the product — everything hangs together. A free tier without them would be a worse version of tools you already have. We prefer to make one thing great at one price.
Which sports and devices does Watts support?+
Cycling and running today. Strava for activity sync; Garmin, Wahoo, Coros, and Hammerhead for structured workout push; WHOOP for recovery data. More integrations are in the pipeline.
Do I need a power meter?+
No. Heart rate and pace are fully supported. Zones calibrate to whatever signal you train with, and the coaches read your sessions from whatever data your device recorded.
What happens if I get injured or miss a week?+
Tell the coaches and they rebuild the block around the gap. Missed sessions are not piled onto the next week, and injuries are factored in as ongoing context, not a one-time flag.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period — weekly, monthly, or annual.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards, plus local payment methods depending on your country. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Who owns my training data?+
You do. Your workouts, execution data, and conversations are yours. You can export at any time, and we never sell your data to anyone.
